Unfortunately, it is the firewall/security settings that the banks/institutions have in place that may stop you from opening the online study guide. We are currently working with the financial institutions to fix this issue. You should be able to access your online study guide module from another device (tablet, iPad, iPhone, Smartphone) while at your workplace or from any device at home or elsewhere. All other study modules should be accessible at your workplace.
